It’s important that you feel comfortable with the therapist.
I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation via Zoom. This is an opportunity for us to discuss what's brought you to therapy, explore whether we might work well together, and answer any questions you have. There's no pressure or obligation. It's simply a chance to see if this feels right for you.

As an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist, I draw from various therapeutic modalities to create an approach tailored to your unique needs, personality and life situation. Where appropriate, we may work creatively with dreams, art, visualisations, and somatic awareness.
Within the safe and confidential boundaries of our work, my role is to accompany you for as long or as short as you need. My aim is to support you in improving the quality of your life, whatever that may personally mean.
My work is trauma-informed, and I draw from IFS (Internal Family Systems). I have experience supporting clients from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. Having lived between cultures myself, I understand the challenges of relocation, cultural adjustment, and transcultural families. I'm bilingual in English and Portuguese, and I welcome clients from every gender, sexuality, race, culture and faith.
Whether you are seeking relief from stress or a deeper connection to yourself and your life, together we can explore what feels important to you at your pace.
The transpersonal element of my training refers to a holistic view of psychotherapy — simply holding the notion that we are more than our thoughts, emotions, or bodies, and that each of us carries a deeper potential for meaning and connection to a greater whole, whatever that may mean for you.
Dreams offer a doorway into the unconscious, speaking through symbols and images.
Dreamwork is a collaborative and exploratory process. Together, we can approach your dreams with curiosity and respect, discovering how they may reflect your inner conflicts, fears, desires, and potential. Even a tiny fragment of a dream can become a meaningful gateway to self-discovery and your inner guidance.
This gentle and creative process can be a profoundly enriching companion to the therapeutic journey.
In my counselling practice, I support adults navigating complex emotional experiences and personal challenges, including:
Stress, fear and anxiety
Overwhelm and hopelessness
