Glauce Brooks
My work is grounded in the belief that periods of difficulty, confusion, and emotional pain are not simply obstacles to overcome, but thresholds that can lead us toward a deeper understanding of ourselves. Life’s challenges often invite us to pause, listen inwardly and examine what truly matters. These moments, though painful, often hold the possibility of deeper understanding, resilience, and transformation.
My own life experiences have been my greatest teachers, teaching me that within even the most difficult moments lies the possibility of insight, growth, and renewal — that within suffering, there is wisdom to be found. Over time, I have come to see that through reflection, insight, resilience, and the small courageous actions that follow, new life can emerge from what once felt lost, painful, broken, or uncertain.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and attend regular clinical supervision to ensure I provide the highest standard of care. I’m an accredited member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society and a Registered Member of the BACP. I adhere to their code of ethics.
